Patrick Evans
Technical Manager
Patrick is the Technical Manager within our customer service team based in Cardiff.
Patrick works closely with the administration teams, the business development team
and Premier Pension Services technical team.
Career History
Patrick has just under 20 years' experience in the pensions industry starting off
in the Inland Revenue's pension division but spending the majority of this time
with a major insurance. During this time he has acted in various technical roles
within customer services, marketing, head office and risk and compliance functions.
He was also the Life Office's representative on the Association of Pensioneer Trustees
and the SIPP Providers Group.
Patrick joined JLT's Premier Pension Services team in June 2004 and has particular
responsibility for overseeing the implementation of the tax simplification changes
into our SIPP and SSAS business.

- Interpreting and analysing relevant legislation
- Training our administration teams
- Working closely with the Consultant Trustees and the Cardiff management team
- Consultancy on pensions technical issues and interpretation of Inland Revenue practice
