Richard Prior
Head of Self-Invested Pensions
Richard's role is as head of all aspects of Premier Pension Services Self-Invested Pensions business.
He is responsible for the day to day operational management for PPS as well as business development, strategy and planning. He is committed to delivering operational excellence to clients, IFAs and internal stakeholders and is also tasked with ensuring the business grows in a controlled and cost effective manner.
Career History
Richard joined PPS in April 2008 and has over 20 years experience within financial services.
Before he started with JLT, Richard spent 6 years with Hazell Carr, working as both an Outsource Operations Manager and a Client Relationship Manager. During his time with Hazell Carr he delivered significant operational efficiencies for a number of high profile clients and his broad range of experience means he is well placed to help PPS develop and grow.
Prior to working for Hazell Carr, Richard worked at NPI for 11 years, predominantly in Complaints and Pension Review Management roles, before moving to Legal & General and Adepta.
